Hazel Kim
Associate Member (PhD), started 2023
Hazel is a DPhil student in Computer Science at the University of Oxford, supervised by Philip Torr and Yarin Gal.
She is also a student of the ELLIS Society and has Yonatan Belinkov from Technion as a co-advisor.
Her research interest is interpretability and controllability in language models, applying statistical concepts or linguistic approaches.
Previously, she studied deep learning with limited data using linguistic compositionality in the Department of Artificial Intelligence at Yonsei University. She then researched machine rationales and reasoning at NAVER AI Lab and Classting AI Research. She is a recipient of the Jung M. Foundation fellowship.
